The French bean to bar chocolatier Beau Cacao is located in Briançon in the French Alps. The chocolatier uses cocoa from Malaysia and buys the beans directly from local farmers. Each bean from these farmers is carefully harvested, fermented and then dried to preserve its purest flavour. Beau Cacao takes great pride in the presentation of the final boards. Especially worth mentioning are their beautiful moulds, where each piece of chocolate has its own mould and in the middle of the table you will find the amazing logo of this chocolate factory. The tables are wrapped in paper with a pattern inspired by Borneo textiles and the final packaging is recycled paper.
