A British chocolate company that is one of the few in the world to have the entire production process under its thumb - from the growing of the cocoa tree to the finished bar.
The speciality is undoubtedly the 100% cocoa chocolates, which company owner Willie Harcourt-Cooze enthusiastically promotes as a cooking ingredient, and not just for confectionery. He is the author of several successful cookbooks, featuring recipes such as chocolate spaghetti bolognese and chocolate risotto. He was named Chocolate Personality of the Year in 2008 and his Chocolate Bible was named Cookbook of the Year in 2011.
