Heinde & Verre Chocolate Factory from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The name of the chocolatier means "near & far" and was born from the idea of using ingredients from local Dutch "near" farmers combined with cocoa beans from "far" exotic countries. The chocolatier prides itself on slow and high quality processing of ingredients and their chocolates made from grand cru cocoa beans, so they have a naturally full flavour.
You can taste chocolates from Bali, Peru or Brazil. Heinde & Verre have also won several world awards for several of their bars.
