In 2009 Alaistair and Friedrike Gower established their chocolate factory in Edinburgh, Scotland. They take great pride in ensuring that their chocolates are made from the finest cocoa varieties available today - from Peru, Colombia, Venezuela and Madagascar. They personally oversee the fermentation and drying on each plantation and fine-tune the final flavour directly with local growers and farmers.
Passionate about their work, they carefully roast, de-husk, grind, and conch the cacao, all in small batches. In their portfolio you will find delicious pure single origin tables, but also chocolates with alternative sweeteners and plant-based dairy products. Tables with traditional alcohols such as Peruvian Pisco, Mexican Mezcal, rum or whisky are worth tasting.
