Ocelot Chocolate is a chocolate shop that was created in cooperation with the well-known and popular Original Beans chocolate shop. Their great cocoa can now be tasted at Ocelot, who have added a number of interesting flavours to Congolese cocoa. They support small farmers, control and supervise their own farming and sun-drying. The cocoa beans are hand-shelled before being crushed into nibs. The dark chocolates are made by the chocolatier from Virunga cocoa beans and the milk chocolates are from the unique Amelonado variety, grown exclusively by women in eastern Congo.
