The Fruition Chocolate Factory is located in Caskill Mountains, New York. It was founded in 2011 by Bryan Graham, who put his considerable experience as a pastry chef to work in the chocolate factory. Fruition has won several world awards. They are renowned for using the finest cocoa beans from Bolivia, Peru, Madagascar, Colombia and the Dominican Republic. Through a gentle production process, their tables preserve as much as possible the natural flavours of the cocoa beans used. Their high percentage milk chocolates are especially worth tasting.
