We are now expanding our Tree to bar chocolate family with the Cacaosuyo chocolate factory, which can be found near the Peruvian capital of Lima. Cacaosuyo is one of the cocoa rockstars in the world of chocolate. They use the finest locally sourced beans to make their bars, and thanks to gentle processing, the chocolates retain as many of the flavour notes of the cocoa bean as possible in their final taste. Cacaosuyo encourages direct collaboration with local farmers to support local agriculture and small farmers.
